Bruno, a former
soloist with the Gothenburg Ballet in Sweden, will give his warm up, based
on Robert North’s sequence which fuses the Graham technique with Yoga and
Pilates. Suitable for anyone, the sequence will be carefully explained
before taught. The class will last approximately 90 minutes. Bruno is a
freelance teacher with companies in Sweden and assists with opera direction.
